Chenbin ZHANG
About Me
Chenbin Zhang is an undergraduate student in the class of 2021, majoring in Intelligent Science and Technology at the College of Automation & College of Artificial Intelligence, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He is currently enrolled in an integrated program leading to a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Ph.D. in Control Science and Engineering.
With a passion for building and innovating, Zhang has open-sourced numerous impactful research and practice projects. His work has been recognized by the community, including the DeltaForce-OBS-Locker project, which has garnered thousands of stars and forks on GitHub.

- Graph-based Meteorological Forecasting
- Led a key school-level STITP project: “Research on Meteorological Forecasting Based on Graph Neural Networks.”
- Designed and constructed a GCN (Graph Convolutional Network) model to integrate spatio-temporal information for predicting meteorological indicators.
- Intelligent Face Recognition Access Control System (Mar 2024 - School-level Programming Project)
- Project Leader. Utilized OpenCV, MindSpore, and dlib for real-time face recognition. Integrated hardware (Raspberry Pi 4B, Arduino UNO) to control MLX90614, servos, and buzzers to implement a complete access control system.
- Digital Pulse Width Modulation Pulse Signal Generator (Nov 2023 - School-level Electronic Circuit Project Design)
- Project Leader. Developed a pulse signal generator on the ISE Design platform with button-controlled, adjustable duty cycle, visualized on a digital tube display.
- Design and Implementation of a Laser Harp (May 2023 - School-level Open Experimental Project)
- Main Participant. Programmed a microcontroller to turn laser beams into musical notes, creating a functional and interactive laser harp capable of playing various music.
